Billing assistance is given to the patients at every stage of their stay in the hospital. Two types of bills are generated in the hospital viz:Interim Bills are generated on a daily basis. The interim bills will give you an idea on the hospital expenditure as on that day and the amount outstanding in your account, if any. You can contact the billing department for any clarifications on the bill details. Theseare to be paid within 24 hrs by cash/DD/credit cards.
At the time of discharge, the final bill will be generated. Please note that the advance deposit can be adjusted only against the final bill and not against the interim bill. We will be taking an approximate bill amount plus a security amount as deposit before discharge, which will be considered at the time of the final bill. The refunds are made by cheque only and in the patient’s name. They are processed within 7 days of discharge and can be sent by courier if required.
If your employer or insurance company is paying your bill, an authority letter from the concerned agency is required at the time of admission.Please note that Hospital shall not be responsible for refusal of payment by either your employer or your insurer and, in such case, you will be personally liable for settlement of the bill.

Currently the hospital is having 225 beds devoted for the patient comfort which includes ICU’s, Economy Wards, Semi-private Rooms, Private Rooms and Deluxe/Super-Deluxe/Suite Rooms. Our nursing team is committed in providing you with professional and compassionate nursing care of highest standards. The staff nurses are responsible for daily care during your entire stay at hospital. Every single room’s bed is equipped with the call button directly to the nursing station. If you need nursing assistant at any time, all you need to do is to press the button and your nurse will be there to assist you.
To ensure your room is kept neat and tidy during stay, the housekeeping personnel will clean your room twice a day, if you want any additional cleaning in the room, you can contact housekeeping supervisor. Ward lady will provide you clean bed linen every day, hot water is supplied in all bathrooms and waste bins are provided with each bed for your requirement.
While you are in hospital, your doctor may place you on special diet. After the initial investigations, our dietician will visit you & in consultation with your doctor,look in to your nutritional needs. After going through your medical history, dietician will plan a diet chart, ensuring that your meals are nutritionally balanced.
